Days of Our Lives Takes Home WGA Award For Daytime Drama
Days of Our Lives took home top prize for Daytime Drama at the 2024 Writers Guild Awards (WGA). The awards were held on Sunday both in New York and Los Angeles. The writing staff consists of Head Writer Ron Carlivati, Creative Consultant Ryan Quan, and writers Sonja Alarr, Jazmen Darnell Brown, Joanna Cohen, Carolyn Culliton, Richard Culliton, Cheryl Davis, Kirk Doering, Christopher Dunn, Jamey Giddens, David Kreizman, Henry Newman, Dave Ryan, and Katherine D. Schock.

This marks DAYS' fourth win in a row beating out the General Hospital writing team of former head writers Chris Van Etten and Dan O'Connor. Both O'Connor and Van Etten previously worked for Carlivati at GH and One Life To Live.
