The Young and the Restless Recap: Phyllis Fingers Sharon as Heather’s Killer

On today’s The Young and the Restless recap:
Daniel arrives to see Phyllis at Crimson Lights (wouldn’t they both steer clear of Sharon’s establishment?). She asks her son if the DA’s office finally figured out they arrested the wrong man. He says they’re still looking at him but he’s not going to sit around and wait to be grown in prison. Phyllis is thrilled he’s ready to fight back and asks what their plan is. Daniel doesn’t think it’s a “we” situation. Phyllis can’t believe she’s being pushed aside for Christine. He explains why he’s depending on her as his lawyer, while Phyllis says she told her about her Sharon theory. Shockingly, Christine told Phyllis she didn’t want her help and didn’t care about her theories. She thinks she and Daniel should work together to prove he’s being set up. Daniel doesn’t want to have to worry about dealing with his mother’s foolishness. Phyllis says he will need her help, and Daniel agrees as it seems no one else is on his side. He doesn’t even know where to start looking for Heather’s killer. Phyllis says that’s the easy part as the murderer just watched in. With that, Daniel turns and sees Sharon.
