Live With Kelly and Mark Halloween Week Eps Hit Season Highs in Ratings
Live with Kelly and Mark is doing scarily well in the ratings. The talk show scored season-high ratings in several key categories for episodes during the week of Oct. 28, per a new ABC press release.
In national live + same-day household ratings, Live's Total Viewers rose by 4% (up to 2.160 million over 2.067 million the previous week) and the ratings went up by 4% in Households (earning a 1.50 rating over 1.44 the previous week).
The Halloween-themed ep that aired on Oct. 31, a parody of Only Murders in the Building called Only HALLOWEEN in the Building, also contained a costume contest. That episode was the best for the week in terms of Total Viewers (2.396 million) and in Households (1.64 rating). These proved to be the show's best numbers for a telecast in seven months, since April 4.

That week's batch of episodes garnered its top audience in terms of Total Viewers since the week of June 17 and in terms of Households since the week of May 6. Live has also been the top-viewed syndicated chatfest for 92 straight weeks in many important areas. It is 60% ahead of its nearest competitor in Total Viewers (2.160 million over 1.347 million), 60% ahead in Households (1.50 over 0.94), and 20% ahead in Women 25-54 (0.42 over 0.35).
